Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-converting copy for marketing campaigns, landing pages, sales collaterals, product messaging, and ad creatives.
- Craft engaging and persuasive content for Meta, Google, WhatsApp, and email campaigns.
- Create compelling product pitches, presentations, and marketing materials that enhance brand positioning.
- Understand product offerings, customer personas, and market trends to create targeted messaging.
- Collaborate closely with design, product, and sales teams to ensure brand consistency and impact.
- Optimize content using SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and data-driven insights.
- Leverage AI-powered content tools to improve productivity and content effectiveness.
- Analyze performance metrics, competitor strategies, and customer engagement trends to refine content strategy.
- Utilize Mixpanel for content performance tracking and data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications & Skills
- 3–4 years of proven experience in content creation and copywriting.
- Background in SaaS, AI, CPaaS, CX, or conversational platforms preferred.
- Strong storytelling and creative ideation skills with an exceptional copywriting flair.
- Experience in SEO, AEO, and performance marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in Mixpanel for content performance analysis and optimization.
- Proficiency in AI content tools for content generation and optimization.
- Experience in creating high-performing, viral campaigns.
