The successful candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales and a deep understanding of the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
■ Lead and manage B2B sales for the organization.
■ Identify, qualify, and pursue new B2B sales opportunities.
■ Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing B2B clients.
■ Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
■ Develop and implement effective B2B sales strategies and plans.
■ Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
■ Provide sales forecasts and reports to management.

● Achievement of B2B sales targets and revenue goals.
● Acquisition of new B2B clients within the target market.

● Proven track record in B2B sales (2 - 3 years), preferably in the e-commerce or
sustainability industries.

● Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
● In-depth understanding of B2B sales cycles and processes.
● Proficiency in sales forecasting and pipeline management.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Proficiency in sales CRM and other relevant software.
● Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
