SAP P2P Process Architect will oversee and optimize procure-to-pay (P2P) processes within SAP environment. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP modules related to procurement and supply chain, combined with strong project management and leadership abilities

The overall purpose of this role is to:

·      Own the end-to-end SAP P2P processes, ensuring they are efficient, effective, and aligned with business objectives.

·      Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of SAP P2P modules, including MM (Materials Management), ARIBA , SRM (Supplier Relationship Management), and AP (Accounts Payable).

·      Lead SAP P2P implementation and enhancement projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

·      Work closely with procurement, finance, and supply chain teams to understand their needs and translate them into SAP solutions.

·      Assess and analyze business requirements in the P2P area, identifying opportunities for process improvements and optimization.

·      Lead the technical design of solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and integrate seamlessly with existing systems.

·      Identify and implement process improvements and best practices to optimize SAP P2P processes.

·      Ensure SAP P2P processes comply with internal policies and external regulations, including data localization requirements.

·      Provide training and support to end-users, fostering a deep understanding of SAP P2P processes and functionalities.

Job Responsibilities  

Customer:

·      Be proactive in capturing and analyzing business requirements and drive towards optimal design and successful delivery of solutions

·      Provider regular and timely reports on progress of initiatives and key risks and issue.

People:

·      Work collaboratively within a matrix organization, engaging with D&T staff in corporate function leaders.

Operations:

·      Regularly monitor the performance of SAP P2P systems to ensure optimal functionality and minimal downtime.

·      Quickly and effectively resolve any operational issues or system malfunctions related to the SAP P2P processes.

·      Maintain detailed documentation of SAP P2P processes, configurations, and changes to ensure transparency and facilitate knowledge transfer.

·      Oversee user access controls and permissions within the SAP P2P modules to ensure security and compliance.

·      Prepare and support internal and external audits related to SAP P2P processes, ensuring all necessary documentation and processes are in place.

• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the P2P processes to monitor efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
• Supplier Integration: Facilitate the integration of new suppliers into the SAP P2P system, ensuring smooth onboarding and efficient data exchange.

Financial Result:

·      Provide necessary input for the assessment of and panning of initiatives cost including licenses, vendor time and material and others

·      Advise on optimal use of SAP licenses and regular housekeeping to ensure adequate leverage on investment and prevent cost leakage

Job Requirements (Experience and education)

·      Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or relevant master's degree is a plus.

·      Minimum of 18 years of experience in SAP P2P processes, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

·      Proficient in SAP Ariba, MM, SRM, and AP modules.

·      Strong understanding of procurement, supply chain, and accounts payable processes.

·      Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a must

·      Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams and projects.

·      Strong problem-solving abilities and data-driven decision-making skills.

·      Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

·      Solid project management skills with experience in leading large-scale SAP implementations and upgrades.

·      Proven experience in assessing and analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.

·      Strong background in technical design and architecture within the SAP environment.

·      SAP certification in relevant modules is a plus.

·      Experience in Logistics is advantageous.

Oracle Fusion Integration Developer

Expert in Integrations Using Oracle Integration Cloud(OIC) Service 

Expert in developing Inbounds and Outbound Integrations for Oracle SaaS Application

Experience working on the AIM Documentation writing Technical Specs, Test Script SIT UAT Code Review and Deployment and SDLC Change Management process

Experience on Fusion ERP Technical Architecture and Finance/ SCM/ HCM modules

Must have -Core HR, GL, P2P, PPM, Compensation

Good to have AP, AR, FA, CM, PO etc. 

Able to integrate HCM with third party providers such as ADP, Mercer, etc.

Must have Technical hands-on experience working on Full Implementation lifecycles of at least 2+ project

Expert on Web Services (SOAP/REST). 

Should have experience in BI Publisher (RTF design /eText /Scheduling /Parameter Handling/Bursting /backup and migration of reports to different pods).

Should have experience in additional Reporting Tools: HCM Extract / OTBI / Analysis Dashboard.

Should have experience in Transformation formula and automating the inbound loads into HCM using HDL.
