Job Title: DGM / GM- Sales Training

Responsibilities:
• Responsible in providing training to all the sales force/CRM and Team Leaders. Hand-hold the process improvements.
• Preparing training calendar for the year.
• Focus on sales Conversations, use process-oriented approach that can increase sales.
• Conduct skill gap analysis, Performance Management Process and develop a Learning and skillset building strategy across levels.
• Plan and execute month on month training program to the sales team.
• Lead a team of trainers and manage training effectiveness for each location.
• Design the training content, training mode and execute all the training programs.
• Provide on job training to the frontline sales/CRM team as and when required.
• Measure the training effectiveness and organize trainings on the sales training provided.
• Provide frequent training to low performers and able to mentor, coach, motivate and make them perform.
• The above roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to performing and coordinating a variety of duties and tasks assigned from time to time.
Desirable Skills and Qualifications:
• 15-20 years of experience in Sales domain and working as a Sales Trainer for the last 5+ years.
• Experience in consultative sales will be an added advantage.
• Should have managed large scale / multi locational training as a function
• Should have in-depth understanding of sales training needs, processes and handled the sales training function strategically for at least 4-5 years.
• Should able to train on Sales Techniques/ Soft Skills/Behaviour/Motivational/latest trends in sales, marketing and other necessary trainings.
