Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6 years of experience in Salesforce development, with strong expertise in Salesforce Configuration, Customization, and CPQ tools (Conga CPQ and Salesforce CPQ).
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement solutions within Salesforce, ensuring high-quality and scalable configurations and customizations.
- Work with Conga CPQ / Salesforce CPQ to design and optimize pricing, quoting, and billing solutions.
- Customize Salesforce using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Batches to meet business requirements.
- Implement security best practices with Apex Security and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and ensure seamless integrations.
- Utilize DevOps tools such as GitHub for version control and CI/CD pipeline management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ (Conga CPQ + Salesforce CPQ).
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Configuration and Customization (Apex, LWC, Batches).
- Expertise in Apex Security to maintain secure and efficient code.

Salesforce Architect
Location: Pune | Salesforce Years of Experience: 8 Years+
About the role:
As a Salesforce Pre-Sales Solution Architect, you will own the integrity and strength of the
solutions recommended. You’ll be acting as a trusted advisor to our team and clients, and an
effective mentor for other Salesforce professionals working alongside you. You will need a
deep understanding of the Salesforce platform but just as importantly, top-notch people
skills to get your ideas and solutions across to stakeholders and gain integrity to get your
visions built into successful solutions.
Responsibilities
This is a varied Salesforce Solution Architect role, with the following responsibilities:
Conduct research into clients’ use of Salesforce, producing a report of findings with
recommended steps and a roadmap for Salesforce solutions,
Provides technical support in sales calls, solution presentations, and assists the client
partners in managing the deal cycle
Translates customer business objectives and requirements into solutions and level-
of-effort estimates to implement those solutions
Provides input for RFI and RFP responses, including the effort estimate, project team,
timeline, implementation methodology and solution components
Delivers excellent Salesforce sales presentations to the customer in support of the
sales process
Acts as trusted advisor to customers by anticipating customer needs and identifying
appropriate solution alternatives
Responds to customer questions and objections on technical issues
Validates technical recommendations against customer requirements and assists
with preparing statements of work
A strategic approach to solution design, with a proven ability to develop and execute
tactical plans to support the strategy
Collaborate with colleagues and customers to create prototypes and proofs of
concept as a means of eliciting and defining requirements,
Review solutions and recommending improvements,
Groom and refine the Salesforce product backlog, in liaison with stakeholders on the
project,
Own the design of Salesforce and (optionally) other affiliated solutions for Sales,

Required Qualifications and Background
At least 5 years’ experience in a leading role in designing & providing solutions in
Salesforce projects,
Excellent communication skills, written, verbal, and interactive when online,

Administrator
Sales Cloud Consultant
Service Cloud Consultant
Platform App Builder
Salesforce Designer certifications,
Salesforce Architecture certifications – Technical & Solution Architect
Domain expertise in business applications – preferably commodities trading, trade finance, logistics or supply chain management or any other.
Experience managing projects using Agile software tools such as JIRA, Confluence and GitLab
Experience working with onshore/offshore team model
Demonstrated ability to empower teams
Knowledge of the software development lifecycle
Background in Information Technology
Product Owner certification
