Brief Description:

As a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) / Scrum Master working at NonStop io, you will analyse and define system requirements to support the software products. We are looking for a highly motivated individual to facilitate agile project execution and ensure business alignment with technical teams. The ideal candidate will have experience working with cross-functional teams in a software development environment, ensuring seamless communication, clear requirement gathering, and effective sprint planning. This individual will oversee the software enhancements through the entire SDLC, from discovery, design, development, and validation. Position Description

As Senior Technical Product Manager on the TAPPP digital platform, you'll be responsible to:

1. Work with the US product and engineering leadership to manage SAFe agile projects, define user-stories, plan sprints, conduct standup meetings, and ensure software quality, automated testing
2. Work with the engineering leadership for resource planning, resource allocation, and project plans
3. Manage time-off and leave for the India team to ensure minimal impact to projects
4. Work with the US product and engineering leaders to conduct user-acceptance testing of the product before it goes to production
5. Work with product, engineering and support leadership in the US to implement TechOps and support strategy and ensure 24x7 coverage for the platform
6. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products that meet customer needs and align with organization short- and long-term strategy.
