We are looking for a talented Sitecore Developer with hands-on experience in Digital Experience Platform (DXP) to join our growing team. As a Sitecore Developer, you will work on delivering world-class digital solutions using Sitecore’s enterprise-grade platform, ensuring optimal web performance, content management, personalization, and customer experience across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sitecore Development: Design, develop, and implement Sitecore-based solutions with a focus on leveraging the DXP features to enhance user experiences.
• DXP Integration: Integrate third-party systems (CRM, marketing automation, analytics, etc.) with Sitecore to ensure seamless data exchange and enhanced personalization.
• Custom Solutions: Build custom Sitecore solutions such as modules, templates, components, and workflows to meet business requirements.
• Content Personalization: Utilize Sitecore’s personalization tools to create personalized digital experiences based on customer data and behavior.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize Sitecore sites for performance, scalability, and SEO.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, business analysts, and QA to deliver projects on time.
• Support and Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Sitecore websites, applications, and integrations.

Required Skills:

• Sitecore Experience: Hands-on experience with Sitecore 9.x or later (Sitecore XP, Sitecore DXP), including development, configuration, and deployment.
• DXP Expertise: Familiarity with Sitecore DXP features, including digital asset management, content personalization, A/B testing, and marketing automation.
• Web Technologies: Proficiency in web technologies such as C#, ASP.NET MVC, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Experience with Sitecore Modules: Experience with Sitecore Experience Accelerator (SXA), Sitecore Experience Platform (XP), Sitecore Commerce, Sitecore Identity, etc.
• Database Skills: Experience working with databases (SQL Server) and Sitecore’s data layer (e.g., Sitecore Experience Database (xDB)).
• Version Control: Experience with version control systems like Git or TFS.
• Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile development processes (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).

Desired Skills:

• Sitecore Certifications: Sitecore Certified Professional Developer or similar certification.
• Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with cloud environments like Microsoft Azure for Sitecore deployments.
• UX/UI Understanding: Basic understanding of user experience and UI principles for effective collaboration with designers.
• CI/CD: Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment pipelines for Sitecore applications.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Sitecore Developer, ideally with at least 1+ year focused on Sitecore DXP.
• Proven track record of successful implementations of Sitecore solutions, including development, integration, and delivery.

• As an Inventory Analyst at Viasat, you will coordinate and route the flow of material between contract manufacturers and distribution centers in North America, Europe, and Asia.  
• You will expedite parts to remedy any shortage problems.

The right candidate will enthusiastically take ownership in developing and managing a continuously improving, robust, scalable software solutions.

Although your primary responsibilities will be around back-end work, we prize individuals who are willing to step in and contribute to other areas including automation, tooling, and management applications. Experience with or desire to learn Machine Learning a plus.

Skills

• Bachelors/Masters/Phd in CS or equivalent industry experience
• Demonstrated expertise of building and shipping cloud native applications
• 5+ years of industry experience in administering (including setting up, managing, monitoring) data processing pipelines (both streaming and batch) using frameworks such as Kafka Streams, Py Spark, and streaming databases like druid or equivalent like Hive
• Strong industry expertise with containerization technologies including kubernetes (EKS/AKS), Kubeflow
• Experience with cloud platform services such as AWS, Azure or GCP especially with EKS, Managed Kafka
• 5+ Industry experience in python
• Experience with popular modern web frameworks such as Spring boot, Play framework, or Django
• Experience with scripting languages. Python experience highly desirable. Experience in API development using Swagger

Responsibilities

• Architect, Design and Implement Large scale data processing pipelines using Kafka Streams, PySpark, Fluentd and Druid
