We are seeking a results-driven and creative Digital Marketing Specialist with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in PPC, SEO, and Social Media Marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our online marketing strategies across various digital channels to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- PPC (Pay-Per-Click):
- Create, manage, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Monitor performance and ROI, ensuring efficient budget allocation and A/B testing
- Keyword research and competitive analysis for ad strategy refinement
2. SEO (Search Engine Optimization):
- Perform on-page and off-page SEO activities, including keyword research, link building, and technical SEO audits
- Optimize website content and structure to improve organic rankings and visibility
- Use tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz to track performance
3. Social Media Marketing:
- Develop and execute organic and paid campaigns across major social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter)
- Analyze engagement data, identify trends, and adjust strategies to increase reach and follower growth
- Collaborate with creative teams for content creation (graphics, videos, etc.)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 3–5 years of proven experience in digital marketing roles
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Deep knowledge of SEO best practices and analytics tools (e.g., GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs)
- Hands-on experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to optimize performance
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Experience managing SEO and affiliate programs.
- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies and best practices.
- Experience in SEO, Email marketing and social media. Knowledge of SEM Rush tool
- Experience in a similar digital marketing role.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying the target audience and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
- Strong communication skills.
