Key Responsibilities:
- Email Content Creation: Develop compelling email copy for lead nurturing, campaign sequences, and client communications.
- LinkedIn Personalized Messaging: Craft tailored messages for LinkedIn outreach, fostering connections and conversations with target SMB entrepreneurs.
- Social Media Content: Strategize, create, and manage content across LinkedIn, Facebook and other social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement with a B2B audience and Ad content for lead generation.
- Website & Landing Page Content: Design clear, persuasive content for website pages and landing pages that drives conversions and aligns with brand messaging.

We are seeking a Digital Marketer with a strong focus on B2B to design, execute, and optimize campaigns that generate high-quality leads aligned with our Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Execute B2B lead generation through both paid and organic strategies to attract and convert Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).
- Organic Growth Strategies: Develop creative organic lead-generation strategies to engage SMB entrepreneurs and foster long-term relationships.
- Customer Profiling: Identify, refine, and target Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) to ensure campaigns resonate with high-value clients in the B2B space.
- A/B Testing & Segmentation: Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segmentation to maximize ROI from campaigns.
- Data Analysis & Optimization: Leverage tools like Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Facebook Ads Manager to track performance, analyze data, and optimize campaigns for conversions.
- Reporting: Prepare and present detailed weekly performance reports, highlighting key metrics, insights, and actionable recommendations.
- Ad Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize targeted ad campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Google to generate leads from SMBs in the USA.
- Trend Analysis: Stay updated on B2B marketing trends, testing new approaches to improve lead quality and conversion rates while aligning with VRT’s strategic objectives.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in B2B digital marketing and lead generation targeting SMBs.
- Expertise in running ad campaigns across LinkedIn (a must), Facebook, Instagram, and Google.
- Strong skills in audience segmentation and targeting strategies for the B2B market.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Facebook Ads Manager.
- Ability to develop and implement organic growth strategies for lead generation.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills to optimize campaign performance.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
- Familiarity with the SMB market in the USA is highly desirable.
