Work you’ll do

As a senior data scientist, you will lead data-driven projects, design and develop advanced analytical frameworks and AI/ML solutions to address business problems. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers and domain experts to deliver intelligent solutions and products. You’ll analyze new opportunities and ideas, evaluate new Al/ ML models/ frameworks/ platforms , conduct experiments, develop PoCs and prototypes.

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will oversee the activities of junior data scientists and analysts. You will provide your advanced expertise on statistical and mathematical concepts and guide the team in AI/ML algorithms and model development. You will stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science and machine learning, and AI.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in statistics, machine learning, and programming, as well as excellent business understanding and product design thinking skills. Responsibilities

• Lead data-driven projects from conception to development of data science models to deployment into intelligent products/ solutions.
• Manage, mentor and guide a team of high performing data scientists and data analysts.
• Oversee the activities of the team, ensuring proper execution of duties and alignment with business objectives.
• Create tools and frameworks that accelerate the delivery of scalable data analytics and AI/ML solutions and products.
• Ensure the adoption of best practices for data science development and AI/ML model lifecycle management.

Who you are

You are a data scientist who is passionate about using AI/ML to improve processes, products and delight customers. You have experience working with less than clean data, developing ML models, and orchestrating the deployment of them to production. You thrive on taking initiatives, are very comfortable with ambiguity and can passionately defend your decisions.

Requirements and skills

• 4+ years of experience in applying data science methods to develop models that extract business value from real-world data.
• 2+ years of experience in leading data science teams to develop and deliver data science, machine learning and AI solutions and products.
• Deep familiarity with a range of data science methods and algorithms (time-series analysis, regression analysis, experimental design, optimization, etc.)
• Strong understanding of ML algorithms including areas such as deep learning, NN, NLP, and more.
• Experience with AI foundational models and associated architectural and solution development frameworks
• Proficient Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and MLOps practices and platforms like MLflow.
• Broad understanding of data structures, data engineering and architectures.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork.
• Strong interpersonal skills, result-oriented, self-motivated, proactive, and capable of handling multiple projects.
• Ability to work in collaborative settings, take accountability, and stay composed under stress.

As a ML/ AI Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing intelligent software to solve business problems. You will collaborate with data scientists and domain experts to incorporate ML and AI technologies into existing or new workflows. You’ll analyze new opportunities and ideas. Responsibilities

• Designing, training, improving & launching machine learning models using tools such as XGBoost, Tensorflow, PyTorch.
• Own the end-to-end ML lifecycle and MLOps, including model deployment, performance tuning, on-going evaluation and maintenance.
• Improve the way we evaluate and monitor model and system performances.
• Proposing and implementing ideas that directly impact our operational and strategic metrics.

We seek experienced ML/AI professionals with strong backgrounds in computer science, software engineering, or related elds to join our Azure-focused MLOps team. If you’re passionate about deploying complex machine learning models in real-world settings, bridging the gap between research and production, and working on high-impact projects, this role is for you.

Work you’ll do

As an operations engineer, you’ll oversee the entire ML lifecycle on Azure—spanning initial proofs-of-concept to large-scale production deployments. You’ll build and maintain automated training, validation, and deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps, Azure ML, and related services, ensuring models are continuously monitored, optimized for performance, and cost-eective. By integrating MLOps practices such as MLow and CI/CD, you’ll drive rapid iteration and experimentation. In close collaboration with senior ML engineers, data scientists, and domain experts, you’ll deliver robust, production-grade ML solutions that directly impact business outcomes. 

Responsibilities

• ML-focused DevOps: Set up robust CI/CD pipelines with a strong emphasis on model versioning, automated testing, and advanced deployment strategies on Azure.
• Monitoring & Maintenance: Track and optimize the performance of deployed models through live metrics, alerts, and iterative improvements.
• Automation: Eliminate repetitive tasks around data preparation, model retraining, and inference by leveraging scripting and infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, ARM templates).
• Security & Reliability: Implement best practices for securing ML workows on Azure, including identity/access management, container security, and data encryption.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the data science teams to ensure model performance is within agreed SLAs, both for training and inference.

Role

We seek skilled and experienced data science/machine learning professionals with a strong background in at least one of mathematics, financial engineering, and electrical engineering, to join our Energy & Utilities team. Work you’ll do

As a data scientist in the energy and utilities industry, you will perform quantitative analysis and build mathematical models to forecast energy demand, supply and strategies of efficient load balancing. You will work on models for short term and long term pricing, improving operational efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring reliable power supply. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deploy these models in solutions that provide insights/ solutions to real-world business problems. You will also be involved in conducting experiments, building POCs and prototypes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quantitative models for load forecasting, energy production and distribution optimization.
• Analyze historical data to identify and predict extreme events, and measure impact of extreme events. Enhance existing pricing and risk management frameworks.
• Develop and implement quantitative models for energy pricing and risk management. Monitor market conditions and adjust models as needed to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to provide quantitative support for energy projects. Enhance existing energy management systems and develop new strategies for energy conservation.
• Maintain and improve quantitative tools and software used in energy management.
• Support end-to-end ML/ AI model lifecycle - from data preparation, data analysis and feature engineering to model development, validation and deployment
• Collaborate with domain experts, engineers, and stakeholders in translating business problems into data-driven solutions
• Document methodologies and results, present findings and communicate insights to non-technical audiences

Skills & Requirements

• Strong background in mathematics, econometrics, electrical engineering, or a related eld.
• Experience data analysis, and quantitative modeling using programming languages such as Python or R.
