Position Summary: This role is responsible for the overall design, development, implementation, and support of the Salesforce environment. The position includes working closely with sales, marketing teams to develop various workflows, modules within Salesforce cloud environments as well as to identify requirements and opportunities for process improvements.

• Be the subject matter expert regarding Salesforce, usage, implementation, governance, development, and customization

• Work with internal sales, marketing, relationship management teams to determine project requirements & drive implementation using agile approach

• Perform application configuration, development, data integrations, testing and evaluation to ensure quality and consistency

• Manage user, profile, role, and license configuration of Salesforce users

• Create and manage Salesforce reports & dashboards

Qualifications:

● B.S. in Computer Science/MIS/informatics is preferred but can be substituted with a combination of Certifications and experience

● 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce Administration & Development ○ Salesforce Administrator certification required ○ Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification (or equivalent experience) ○ Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification (or equivalent experience) ○ Salesforce Platform App Builder certification (or equivalent experience)

● Must have experience in creating HubSpot workflows, and manage HubSpot API ○ HubSpot Content Experience Accreditation ○ HubSpot Platform Enablement Accreditation ○ HubSpot Solution Architecture Design Accreditation

● Experience with ETL tools and data integration development

The Senior Full Stack Developer assists in building both front-end and back-end for Web and Mobile applications. Senior Full Stack Developer delivers solutions using the latest architectural approaches such as Serverless/Microservices, Containerization, Cloud Technologies, Hybrid mobile frameworks and tools. 

What you will be doing:

 Provide hands-on development in the application development, unit test, and rollout of strategic web and Mobile initiatives. 

 Develop both front-end and back-end for web/mobile applications, working with a hybrid internal/vendor team, to support various lines of business and functional areas
