Role & Responsibilities:
• Ownership of all performance marketing initiatives and campaigns, including planning, execution, optimization, and reporting.
• Manage and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution of campaigns.
• Daily/weekly and monthly tracking of performance metrics to identify trends, areas of opportunity, and actionable insights.
• Experience in handling large budgets and ability to optimize spends for best ROI.
• Experience in handling both in-house and agency campaigns
• Work closely with creative team to co-create compelling and effective creative outputs.
• Analyze campaign data to provide insights and recommendations to improve performance.
• Conduct A/B testing and experimentation across channels to drive incremental growth.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in performance marketing, and bring new ideas to the table.

- Daily coordination with consultant / clinic head basis of the treatment advised by them.
- Helps patient to understand the value of treatment (Convincing patient to commit to treatment)
- Explain the tariff of the respective procedures/investigations to patients in detail and upselling the packages
- Maintain counselor reports daily (Advice, Conversion and Patient-wise data).
- Coordinating with finance department (Invoices, Getting Discount Approval, Billing).
- Establishing a tone of empathy that helps to resolve any patient complaints or conflicts.
- Follow up with patients at all stages.
- Doctor for life - Responsible for long term relationship management with the patient.

About the Team:
Currently we have millions of sales funnels, websites, attributions, forms and survey tools for lead generation. Our B2B customers use these tools to bring in the leads to the HighLevel CRM system. We are working to continuously improve the functionality of these tools to solve our customers’ business needs. In this role, you will be expected to be autonomous, guide other developers who might need technical help, collaborate with other technical teams, product, support and customer success
