ABOUT THE ROLE:
Your primary objective is to provide AMS support for Netsuite, Coupa, Concur, Blackline and other applications as needed.
Need to work with a larger support team and be able work in different shift hours and perform the following
• Acknowledge and self-assign/assign the tickets as the case may be
• Communicate via Jira, slack and other tools
• High priority tickets are given the immediate attention

AI Architect

- Drive technical solution design engagements and implementations

You will be responsible for delivering large-scale AI transformation programs for multinational organizations, preferably Fortune 500 companies. You will also lead a team of 10-25 Data Scientists to ensure successful project execution.
Required Experience
● Minimum 12+ years of experience in Data & Analytics domain and minimum 3 years as AI Architect
